START_STATUTE28-1105.01.  Special permit distribution; state highway fund

A.  Notwithstanding section 28-1105, subsection A, paragraph 2, subdivisions (b) and (c), the department may enter into an intergovernmental agreement with any county or incorporated city or town receiving revenue collected pursuant to section 28-1105, subsection A, paragraph 2, subdivisions (b) and (c) to deposit any agreed upon portion of the revenue in the state highway fund for purposes authorized pursuant to section 28-6991, subsection H.END_STATUTE"
